I worked with Ashley who was attentive and did great it every category. She was fantastic working with my schedule and setting up visiting times. She educated me on different aspects of properties to look out for as a buyer. She pointed out details at each property and would explain what those would mean. During the buy process, she negotiated about a total of 21k my way during the buy process which was great. Overall, I had a great experience buying my home. She was patient as we went through many poor properties before ultimately finding a good one for me. She had good contacts to help make repairs upon completion of the purchase and took a lot of stress of my shoulders by handling most difficulties in the buying process for me. Her communication was great as I was informed on every matter in the buying process. Great experience!
